Game 1 – September 30th, 2025 | Los Angeles, CA
The Reds will send out the home town kid, Hunter Greene, to take on LHP Blake Snell in a showdown for game 1. The Reds are not good against left handed pitching, which is one of the bigger reasons that the Dodgers will elect to throw Blake Snell game 1.
Snell spent the majority of the season on the injured list, only appearing in 11 games this year, so let’s hope he is rusty still and the Reds can work good counts on him and get on base. I posted on X, I think we’ll have to hit some homers to win in LA. Hunter Greene is going to have to go 7 tonight of 1 run ball for a chance.
Game 2 – October 1st, 2025 | Los Angeles, CA
Terry Francona announced last night that Zack Littell will have the ball to start for game 2. It may be viewed as puzzling to most, but I believe that he’ll be used in more of a ‘opener’ role than really a starter, dependent on how he’s going. He’s given up the most HR by a SP for the Reds, which is a huge red flag in October.
Contrary, the Los Angeles Dodgers will be throwing Yoshinobu Yamamoto, some of which the Reds have been dominated by. By all counts, the Reds have their backs against the wall, it’s going to take a miracle to get out of this series victorious, but weirder things have happened – like the Reds making the postseason in general.

Game 3 – October 2nd, 2025 | Los Angeles, CA
IF there’s a game 3, which many predict there will be, the Reds will be using Andrew Abbott, per Terry Francona. The Los Angeles Dodgers will be using Shohei Ohtani, per Dave Roberts. This would be an electric game. Tune back into the website for the postgame report!
