Over this past weekend, Reds icon Joey Votto said farewell to one of the last pieces of him remaining in Cincinnati. This, at least until he comes back for his number being retired, of course… He sold his beautiful $2.7m home in Indian Hill, OH. Take a look at this beauty… it’s insane.
I’m old enough to remember when Joey Votto was rumored to be the one building the massive house in NKY off of Turkeyfoot Rd. Most of you will know what I’m talking about. Come to find out, the franchise icon was just living modest up there in Indian Hill. Not shocked.

See, maybe it’s just the kid in me still, but I can’t imagine being the new owner of the house and taking a shower in this big ass room they’re calling a shower and think to myself, “Damn…Joey Votto used to wash his ass in this shower. That’s insane. What an honor.”
