Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, and of course, we will work with you to the best of our businesses ability! Please review our return policy below before placing your order:
Non-Graphic Tee Shirts:
We accept returns and exchanges on all non-graphic tee shirts within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Graphic Tee Shirts:
All graphic tee shirt sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items due to their custom-printed nature. Please be sure to see the size chart, and make sure you order the correct size for you.
However, if your graphic tee arrives with a printing error, design defect, or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at contact@natisports.net with your order number in the subject of the email and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address if your item qualifies.
- Dependent on issue, we will not cover the return costs of the item. We charge a small fee for restocking.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process after approval.
Exhanges:
We accept exchanges for items at OUR discretion. Please contact us. Our promise is, we will work with you to make things right. We are a small business and rely on your support & fully understand that.
