News: Joe Burrow Expected Back By WHEN?!

Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow has spent the last 2 months on Injured Reserve after suffering a grade 3 turf toe tear in week 2 of the season, but now we have significant injury news to report…he’s way ahead of schedule and he’s due back even earlier than anticipated. Joe Burrow Designated To Practice

Now, don’t go getting your hopes up again but Joe Burrow is quite literally ready to practice again, which is the first step necessary for him coming back. The Bengals already released a statement saying they have designated him to return to practice, meaning he’ll have a 21 day window before he has to be added back to the active roster. Folks, it’s happening – Franchise is back.

There will be a 3 week window to get completely healthy, but we’re already hearing rumors that Joe Burrow, himself, is saying he has an ideal date to return to the gridiron for games, real games…

    Burrow Shooting for Thanksgiving

Joe Burrow told Jay Glazer of Fox Sports that he intended to be laced up and ready to play by Thanksgiving night when the Bengals take on the Baltimore Ravens in a very important division game. Now, that scares me because that place is borderline cursed.

Burrow had been sitting out with a grade 3 turf toe injury but a great surgeon has him ready to be back in record time. Pat Mahomes is the other player that had dealt with something like this, and he also defied the odds and found himself back to the field early.

Joe Flacco Is Still The Guy

Joe Flacco is still the Bengals guy, and he’s a needed one. That means that the Bengals will have to make a difficult decision when it comes to Jake Browning and that decision will likely be releasing him, the Bengals won’t be rostering 3 quarterbacks and he’s definitely the odd man out.

Joe Flacco is nursing an injury himself – the shoulder. He has played fine through it and the bye week, to him, I’m sure is very welcoming, but it’s still a real cause for concern so I’m sure Burrow getting ready to be back is some weight lifted off the 40 year old dad of 3’s shoulders.
